Moore for Shortland Horne

A LEADING Coventry-based commercial property company has made a major new appointment.

Jonathan Moore has joined Shortland Horne from global property adviser DTZ as a director of investment agency.
The 31-year-old has ten years experience in the commercial property world after launching his career with James and Lister Lea in Birmingham.
He moved to DTZ after three years and spent seven years with the firm, most recently as an associate director in the investment agency team.
He said: “Shortland Horne has an excellent reputation in all aspects of commercial property work and I feel there is a real opportunity for the company to grow, not only because of the expertise the company has but also the undoubted potential there is in the city.”
