Occupants sought for Whitley park scheme

A commercial property specialist in Coventry has been appointed to market a 38-hectare office and warehouse development which could bring 2,000 jobs to the city.(Sourced from Coventry Telegraph.)
Coventry firm Shortland Horne has been instructed by developer St Modwen to help attract companies to its Whitley Business Park scheme.
The landmark development is centred around the retained Jaguar Engineering Centre. Work is already well underway on the first phase, Lakeside, which features eight buildings of between about 290sq m and 2,400sq m.
David Penn, director of Shortland Horne Commercial, said: "This is a very significant scheme in the regeneration of Coventry and we are very pleased to be on-board because we believe we can help to make the development a major success.
"St Modwen is one of the most highly regarded names in commercial development and they are transforming this into a scheme of which the whole city can be proud.”
