In addition to an overview of the major developments, the latest issue of the magazine includes an in-depth interview with Coventry’s new director of city services and development Martin Yardley, as well as features looking at the city’s plan for development and its commitment to partnership working.

Central City magazine is published annually by 3Fox International for Coventry City Council.

New in 2010: the first Central City Podcast features David Holt, director at Coventry property consultant D&P Holt. Coventry is in a strong position to capitalise on its potential, he believes.

"In Coventry the public and private sectors are working together in partnership," he says. "This is what happened at MIPIM this year, with something like 11 private sector partners supporting Coventry City Council, making a big splash down at MIPIM."
